SC Training Manager 6.2– This product helps you organize and maintain training records for all of your employees.  Enter employee information, training source/class titles, identify recurring training events and how often they are required.  Enter job position titles, and identify departments.  The SC Training Manager helps you to specifically identify required training for each position title.  Identify past due or recurring training requirements.  Generate a variety of reports and notify an employee when training is scheduled via email or a hard copy that you can send to the employee.  Copies can also be addressed to the individual’s supervisor.  Enter training completed by a single employee or multiple entries for the same training event.  Create certificates for a training event that you have given to your employees. Manager” will help you to meet the requirements that are called for in ISO-9001:2000, clause 6.2.2.

The SC Training Manager helps you save time and organize your employee training records for easy retrieval.  Reports are available to provide you information on training accomplishments over a given time for individuals, departments, course titles and more.

  -   Entering training requirements is now much easier and quicker as it is now entered from the Training class form. For each class you can now enter requirements for position(s) and/or department(s). You can also specify classes that are required for all employees (with exemptions for individuals not requiring the class) within X days of hire or by specific date.

  -  Removing a requirement is accomplished safely by simply unchecking a check box and confirming the delete.

  -  Removing a class is accomplished by displaying the class and clicking the delete record button. All related requirements and completions are automatically safely removed as well.
