 The SC Calibration Manager helps you keep track of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment that you have at your company.  The calibration records manager allows you to enter the instrument name, model, etc., the ID number that you assign and other related information such as the current location the item is assigned.  You can establish the calibration frequency for each type of instrument, and if necessary adjust the recall date for a specific instrument.  The SC Calibration Manager helps you to keep track of the standard(s) used, the date and time of calibration, temperature and humidity, the parameters checked and if the instrument passed each parameter.  If the instrument fails any check, you have the ability to generate an “Out-of-Tolerance Notice” to send to the user with the details of which checks passed or failed.  This notice can be emailed (if you have an email address) or printed as a hard copy to send to the user.  If the instrument passes, you can create a “Certificate of Calibration” and/or a calibration label to apply to the item.

You can create a report to use for equipment recall notification to the assigned equipment user, which can be emailed (if you have an email address) or printed as a hard copy to send to the user.  Other reports can be generated such as a list of items that were found to be “Out-of-Tolerance” over a given period of time, or user location reports, inventory of item assigned to a specific user, and more.

If your calibration procedures are in a word processor on your computer, you can call up those calibration procedures for each specific instrument.
