The SC Audit Manager provides a simple user friendly means to prepare for and perform an audit as well as store and retrieve all auditing information, non conformances, and scheduling. This product helps you organize and maintain audit/NCR records for all of your internal and external audits. It also tracks customer complaints and preventive action requests for continuous improvement.

The SC Audit Manager helps you keep track of when you need to perform internal audits, when responses to non conformances reports (NCR) are due. It helps you track customer complaints and plot number of complaints over time.

The Audit Manager helps you schedule internal audits and determine areas to be audited. Create an agenda to present to management describing the audit events. Create a checklist from the the built-in audit questions and/or add questions of your own. The audit manager will store all findings that occurred for each audit as well as any NCR or opportunity for improvement that is generated from other sources, such as customer complaints, employees in the field. Create an audit report and export each of these to MS Word for print out at the click of a button.

You can also store information on certifications received so that you always know when your cert is up for renewal.

Reports from the Audit Manager

You can create a report on what areas were audited for any given audit.

For a given audit, you can retrieve all information concerning any findings including level (major, minor, observation), brief description, responsible employee, due date and whether or not it is still open…

For a given finding, you can retrieve information concerning this finding, its origination and its open status.

You can print a checklist for a given audit to aid in performing internal audits. You can print the question list with space to write in information you gather while walking through the audited area. Then type them into the checklist results section and print again with the results for your hardcopy files. Of course the database retains the results as well.

Look up the activity of a given auditor to see the audits he/she participated in and the findings that he/she generated.

Create a list of open NCR’s, their status and the persons responsible for closing them.

Create a list of customer complaints, their status, and the persons responsible for closing them.

You can create a report to use for notification to the concerned personnel of an upcoming audit in their area, which can be emailed (if you have an email address) or printed as a hard copy to send to the personnel.
